Shihan 5th Dan Karate Loong Fu Pai
Kwan Jang Nim 5th Dan Haidong Gumdo
I have been in training in martial arts for 26 yrs.
My main love is Karate then Swords.
I got involved with Karate through my children when they were training,
I was one of the mum's on the side saying "come on it is easy"

Well Kancho came over and said to us all,
"do you think it is easy come with me"
and that was the start of the Ladies class Tuesday mornings.
So I have been around Martial arts with my children's training for nearly 30 yrs.
I discovered Haidong Gumdo when I moved to Queensland.
I saw a street demo and wow it felt awesome to watch them a week later
I was in class and the rest is history.

I teach both styles  in Jimboomba so it is never too late to start.
come and train with me and the students and have so fun while getting some exercise .
